"Schöne Wohnung und Lager mit einem dicken ABER!"

Prinzipiell ist es eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage und super ausgestattet. Leider aber mit einem dicken aber….

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Das Vermietungsbüro hat zwar sofort reagiert aber auch nachdem der Techniker da war, wurde die Heizung nicht richtig warm. Wir haben bis zur Abreise keinen Raum richtig warm bekommen was richtig blöd war vor allem weil wir mit Baby unterwegs waren. Problem lag wohl an einer zu niedriger Vorlauftemperatur, definitiv wird hier am Flaschen Ende gespart. Außerdem braucht das Warmwasser im Badezimmer ca. 10 Minuten bis es warm wird. Darauf wird zwar mit einem Schild hingewiesen, wirklich praktikabel ist das aber auch nicht. Der Außenbereich ist eher ungepflegt und Terassenmöbel haben wir nur auf Nachfrage erhalten.
