The house itself and location is good

When you book your vacation you are excited about it. This time it was ruined even before vacation. What I read on the booking page: how much I will pay, I can pay in property in EUR, I will pay deposit and I cannot cancel this booking. And I accept that. It's not my first rodeo. What was in reality: I got 3 emails in German about all rules. Maaany rules that i have to translate. So, I have to pay by bank transfer (cannot imagine if I was outside the EU how much it costs), so, no pay by cash. the service has a cleaning service but I have to clean afterwards. They gave me exactly 2 tabs for the dishwasher (for 4 days) and 1 trash bug. I read an agreement (translated) and if I do not clean they will take a deposit. And by the way when we arrived the floor was not clean. You have to pay 24 EUR per person for the laundry package, but in reality it's not laundry, it's bed sheets and towels! No shampoo and shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper (thanks). The house is good, the service is bad.
