- die Lage: Straßenbahn Nr. 4 nach Dresden in 10 Minuten erreichbar, keine Durchgangstraße, ziemlich ruhig, vor allem nachts - hübsche Wohnung mit einigen netten Überraschungen - schön grün mit Birke vor dem Fenster :-) - der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Haus - der unkomplizierte Check-in

It is easily reachable from the highway ( I was coming from CZ and husband from BE), Though if you are using Waze, it might take you true Ikea parking You have a reserved parking spot Owners are very nice ( sir, if you are reading this, we loved your Whatsup profile picture) You don't have to stress about checking in or out, they open the door remotely and when you leave, you just leave keys inside. We left at 10 am but from the call it looked like no issue if we stayed till midday or longer The fridge is full of drinks that you can purchase 9 minutes by train to Neustadt Walking distance to public transport Very calm neighborhood, but shops and restaurants in walking distance

If you like the modern " black and white, shades of gray" design, you might not like the apartment, I personally enjoyed it, lot of plants, lot of decorations, gives very homely feeling

Apartment was very good, nicely furnished with a large comfortable bed, small bathroom had all facilities. Kitchen was excellent, nice oven and fridge. Can catch bus to Radebuel Ost station from nearby bus stop. Good value for price paid.

It had everything you needed for a short stay, very well equipped. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Bathroom very small, shower and basin cannot be used simultaneously as they share a tap so only 1 person can use bathroom at a time! Window blinds not blackout.
