"Schöne komfortable Wohnung"

Ein wirklich schön ausgestattetes Appartement im Hinterhof. Das Badezimmer ist schön groß mit einer tollen Dusche und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet soweit erkennbar, wir haben dort allerdings nicht gekocht weil wir auf Familienbesuch in Dresden waren. Der Innenhof wird auch von den Mietern des Vorderhauses genutzt, so dass hier auch gegrillt und gefeiert wird. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn.

In der Wohnung befindet sich ein offener Kellerabgang, der allerdings mit Türgitter abgetrennt ist. Das hat meine Mutter etwas irritiert. Ich selbst habe auf der Ausziehcouch geschlafen, die allerdings hart und unbequem war. Der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist ohne Geländer und Absicherung auf unebenen Treppenstufen (Pflaster). Ich hatte jedes Mal Angst um meine (fast 80 jährigen) Eltern, dass sie stürzen.

There is free parking near the property and there is a lot of nature near it. The property provides everything you need.

It looked worse in real life comparing to the photos. There is a lot of stuff in the apartment that is like from old times. Also it wasn’t very clean. Also there is a lot of inconvenient stairs when you reach to apartment so it was really hard to get all stuff there
