High-quality apartments near Residence - parking space

Beautiful apartments, amazing location! Parking spot, friendly owners.

Parking and location were ideal for our stay. You can walk through the park to the residence and then down to the shops in 10-15minutes. Or there are scooters on the street you can hire for as little as 2.99 for 30minutes which came in handy to get back at the end of a long day exploring.

The space could probably do with two fans when it’s warm. One for the living room and one for sleeping.

There is very nice place with modern repair. Dishes and all staff are in.

BUT wifi doesn't work. Nobody wanted fix it. (At that moment mobile internet didn't work in town too). Plus iron didn't work too

The apartment was clean and neat. Nearby petrol station had a convenience store & there is a laundromat close by. The host was prompt with information and alternatives when parking was an issue.

It's clearly notified as such, but be aware that the second bed is in the corner of the lounge room, not in its own bedroom. Access to and within the parking garage is EXTREMELY tight and really only suited to very small cars & not those typically used by touring guests. Make sure you inform the host if you have a larger passenger car so they can arrange parking external to the building, which was made available for our vehicle after the first night.

Basic amenities and equipment are there. We got 2 parking place as we booked two apartments which was good otherwise in this area only parking for people living in this ring are allowed. Coffee machine was really good. Norma is few meters away from the apartment.

We booked this place for 7 adults. Unfortunately second bedroom was created in the living room which may be disturbing if someone is sleeping. It was the not separate room. Toiletries are not provided

Nicely decorated flat with plenty of space and a good sense of how to make use of space. Good coffee machine and plenty of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. Beds made up nicely, space in the underground car park if you come by car. Supermarket around the corner and bus stop nearby.

This is a non-smoking flat, but the people who stayed. There before us did not care. The flat smelled of cold smoke so please, people, think of other people who are staying in the property if you insist on smoking. Also, the so-called second bedroom is actually part of the living room.

The place was far better than expected, clean and comfortable. Fully furnished and easy in terms of transportation. Very close to many beautiful attractions of the city. Definitely recommended.
