Appartementhaus Sonnenschein - 250m zum Strand im Zentrum von Binz

Die Lage war super - alles in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar (Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Restaurants). Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war freundlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und schön hergerichtet (kleines Willkommensgeschenk: eine kleine Tüte Gummibärchen, und "Ein-Mann Kaffee"). In der Unterkunft gab es die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen/zu trocknen. Was ich das erste mal in einer Unterkunft hatte, war eine "Tausch - Möglichkeit" unter allen Gästen, die in der Unterkunft ihren Urlaub verbracht haben - das fand ich ja mal richtig toll. Als man in das Zimmer kam, hat es nach Reinigungsmitteln gerochen, was leicht unangenehm war - wiederum ein Zeichen, das auch gereinigt wurde.

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Bedienung ist sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top-5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, 7 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Einen besonderen Dank gilt der Frau an der Rezeption! Sie ist einr sehr nette und zugewandte Person und war immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, schenkte meiner Tochter jeden Morgen einen Lolly und wünschte uns einen angenehmen Tag. Sie nahm unseren Koffer auf der Hin- und Rückfahrt entgegen, überreichte ihn dem Hermes Gepäckservice am Abreisetag, was natürlich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Bar im Erdgeschoss- die Besucher waren manchmal schon laut genug.

The friendly staff, the WiFi was good, excellent location, everything you need in a kitchen.

The check out time was at 10 am. The ceiling had a strange incline so a lot head banging happened.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help us to solve a very difficult situation into which we got because of a fraud company WW Travel GmbH. The apartment was very nice and clean. There was a very nice restaurant downstairs too.

We didn't plan to stay in this nice apartment. We wanted to spend our holidays in a different one, but because of WW Travel GmbH we had to spent many hours searching for available apartment on Rügen Island during high season. Luckily we could spent one night here in this nice Appartementhouse Sonnenshein. ☹️ We went to Rügen Island with confirmed and paid accomodation in Moisselbritz via this worldwide known application. An hour before reaching our destination (we drove 4 hours with 2 kids), somebody from the Swiss number +41415880279 (WW Travel Gmbh) called us and asked us to cancel our reservation and find an alternative accomodation. That was very strange. We tried to called to all the contact numbers we got in our confirmation e-mail to find out why we should do this. None of them was working. So we contact the owner of accomodation directly - Gutsscheune Moisselbritz auf der Insel Rügen - she told us, that she doesn't know about our reservation, her house if fully booked and that we are the third family that day with this problem. She informed police department about this situation. After that we talked to Customer Service to ask them to cancel our confirmed and paid reservation and now we are waiting to get back our money.
