Nice clean appartment, in a quiet area, short drive from Basel city center, perfect location as a Base for exploring Switzerland, French Alsace and south western Germany. The appatrment was very comfortable for our group of 2 adults and 3 children. We used the kitchen daily, it was fully equiped with everything we needed. Having 2 toilets and 2 sinks was good for our group. The bathroom has a nice high pressure shower, hot water is availlable all the time. The beds are big and comfortable. There's a private parking.

We had a great time in the appartment, however there were a few minor issues. No lighting directly on kitchen counter and sink area. Dark entrence to building. Dark staireway to appartment, only lits up when you reach the appartment. I initially got the wrong self checkin instructions and couldn't enter the building, I called Cedric the owner and he immediately corrected that and gave me the right instructions.

Location.

Bad and unavailable customer service. Lack of clarity on AC type, on booking there was no mention of portable. It was very warm and uncomfortable. No solution was provided by the property neither by booking.com. Very steep stairs. The building door was always open (less security). No guidelines for using equipment in the apartment. Weak and unstable internet.
