"Große, geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage."

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, aber die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken und nicht sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist gut, aber lärmempfindliche Personen sollten vorsorgen, da ein Teil der Wohnung zur sehr befahrenen Bundesstraße ausgerichtet ist.

In der Stube könnte ein kleiner Tisch stehen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😜
