Sehr sauber und gut erreichbar

Das Bett hat eine dünne Matratze und bei jeder Bewegung (umdrehen, sitzen) knarrt das Bett extrem und man spürt den Lattenrost. An Schlaf war im Bett nicht zu denken. Habe, wie andere Bewerter auch, leider auf der Couch schlafen müssen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und das Waschbecken kann man gerade so zum Händewaschen benutzen. Das Appartement befand sich im Dachgeschoss was bei der Buchung und Beschreibung nicht hervorging. Für mich, 63 Jahre, war es einfach zu teuer, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich auf den Komfort eines Bettes verzichten musste. Witten gerne wieder aber nicht in dieser Unterkunft Wideystr.52

Nothing, no one bothered to come and hand me the keys.

The owners, despite going on holiday, accepted reservations and payments, even though they knew they couldn't accommodate anyone! No one bothered to come and hand me the keys. I was standing on the street with a colleague in the evening and no one was answering the phone, in the office, there was no one anywhere, no one was answering messages in the app. According to neighbors, the owners went on vacation, calmly accepting reservations and payments, even though they knew they could not accommodate anyone because they were far away.

The property was relatively inexpensive despite a major international football tournament in the region. The host tried her best to communicate and help us although she spoke no English.

The property has all the facilities you would expect but offered little comfort. We were only provided with hand towels no bath towels. There was poor lighting in the kitchen, no curtains nor shutters in the bedroom, so the light streamed in from dawn. This also caused the room to be unbearably hot. There was also a lot of noise from other apartments in the building from 4.30 am on each day of our stay. There is little parking in the vicinity and the single space offered (paid for in cash on arrival) was a slot alongside a garage at the rear of the building also used by other residents/tenants to gather to smoke and drink. We only stayed for 3 of the 5 nights booked.

Place is really clean and pleasant

Some of the features of the apartment were damaged and simple cooking thing like oil, pepper and salt weren’t provided.

Price was good.

Internet was realy really slow. Staff was nice but cant speak in English.
