Locality is very good, close to the city centre.The accomodation is surrounded by a beautiful garden. There is a terrace to enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee with the beautiful view. The owners of the place are very friendly, they explain the house rules very clearly. They even offered to pick us up from the train station and dropped us over too. The owner offered us free discount coupons to the thermal baths too. On the whole it was a very pleasant experience. We would like to come here again.

The apartment is very beautiful, with a picturesque garden. It is clean, calm, and cozy, with all amenities provided. Our hosts were the best hosts ever, they met us at the train station and gave us a lift to the very center later on. It was very nice! We enjoyed our stay!

The only good point is the distance to the centre, in a maximum 20 minutes walk to will be there. Back to the villa is one of the best specific German restaurant...

From the evening we arrived, we were kept inside the room until we were told on how to use all the water taps/plugs/not to use heating and electricity too much/learn on how to open the terrace door... then insisting that we need to pay a deposit accordingly on how fast we learn to open the terrace door!!! When we asked to pay the stay, we were told that is only cash and the lady became upset, as we had no cash on us! We were extremely tired and hungry, but that wasn't important. That was almost 1 h... As we had no cash on us, the next step was to pay the very next day. No receipt was given! Next day we woke up cold, as the heating was broken, but because we were told few times to make sure we close the heating night and when we go out, we thought that they closed the heating... the lady was nice to let us know that was a problem, which was solved immediately. All in all, the studio is not very safe, as the boiler is fixed with a plaster, the cooking range is not working, and an electrical cooking hob is on top, but it's plugged into an electrical extension with other equipments... the bed is actually a sofa bed with a mattress on top, which is moving and with the overused pillows on top, made our sleep very difficult. See pictures attached Cleanliness... dust everywhere and the kitchen drawers not cleaned since a while. For us all above made the property too expensive... ... and we weren't offered any vouchers, maybe because we couldn't pay cash on arrival??
