Clean, quiet, wonderful view from room

The bathroom is big and comfortable with nice towels, although with a window opening into the garage. The apartment itself has a nice view over a green area.

With a very small investment this apartment that looks like a military barrack could be turned into a cozier place. The evening of my arrival it was very cold and I was feeling quite ill, but the host refused to increase the heating (which he manages centrally). Ironically, he even told me that it was quite warm inside, about 22 degrees. Next morning I met a nice lady with her little daughter who were staying in the apartment facing mine and they told me that they were freezing the entire night! I was lucky since the next day the weather improved. I regret the host's lack of responsiveness and kindness towards his guests.
