Die Wohnung ist sauber und groß. Sauna befindet sich im Badezimmer. Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und die Sauna im Bad ist ein Highlight. Gosse Wohnung, winzige Kochnische mit Kühlschrank im Minibarvormat. - Großer Balkon OHNE Meerblick.

KEIN MEERBLICK durch die riesigen Bäume zwischen den Häusern. Es grenzt an einen Mangel, da diese Unterkunft sogar in der Überschrift mit "MEERBLICK" beworben wird. In den Wintermonaten könnte es stimmen, weil dann zwischen den Stämmen und Ästen das Meer zu sehen ist. - Für 1 Woche werden 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, pro Person 1 Duschtuch, 1 Geschirrtuch, 4 Spülmaschinentaps zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles andere muss laut Büro selbst besorgt werden. - Bedienanleitung für die Sauna ist nicht vorhanden. - VORSICHT, kein barrierefreier Zugang zur Wohnung. Von der Straße aus 6 Stufen abwärts. Dann noch einmal 3 Stufen abwärts zur Haustür. Mit dem Aufzug in den 2. Stock und dann noch 6 Stufen zur Wohnungstüre hoch. Mit Gepäck schwierig, mit Rollator, oder Gehhilfen fast unmöglich.

Die Zusatzkosten, welche für Parkplatz und Strandkorb (welcher bisher im Mietpreis enthalten war) fällig sind.
