Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, wir haben ein Mädelswochenende dort verbracht. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken, ist super schnell in der Stadt oder im Bergpark. Es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung es ist alles vorhanden. Da wir die Kurhessentherme besucht haben war der Komfort der Waschmaschine wirklich toll. Die Vermieterin ubd ihre Familie sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt, bis auf das Bett. Das nach unserem Geschmack für 2 Personen unbequem und irgendwie auch sehr schmal war. Dafür war das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer super bequem, wo wir dann abwechselnd geschlafen haben.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Man hat Parkmöglichkeit und kann vom Balkon Herkules sehen. Besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. It was spotless, quiet, and in a great location within walking distance of shops and the railway station. Easy to reach, and the host was very friendly.

"Perfekte Idylle zwischen Stadt und Grün."

Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt, hell, geräumig, voll ausgestattet und sauber. Gastgeber sind total nett und unaufdringlich. Lage ist perfekt „uptown“: noch städtisch mit den besten Geschäften, aber trotzdem ruhig und idyllisch und man kann hinterm Haus direkt ins Grüne mit großen alten Bäumen und einem Bach. Perfekt für Familien und Hundebesitzer. Vermutlich kann man in ganz Kassel nicht schöner wohnen zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Beautiful, spacious, apartment. Very clean, well equipped. Lovely balcony. Got a great surprise to see raccoons in a tree. Loved Bergpark Wilhelmshohe and The Orangerie. Great having washing machine. Loved the extras not usually in apartments, especially hair diffuser and hair turbans. Easy communication with host.

Perfect location, short walk from the train station. 35 minute walk to the Wilhelmshohe palace and park. Easy tram access to everywhere else in the city. Beautiful, large, and clean apartment next to a small park. Very good if you bring a dog. Looks even better than the photos. Multiple supermarkets within walking distance (Penny, Tegut, and Biomarkt Greger). Fully equipped kitchen.
