Altstadtwohnung - Old Town

I liked the room, and the beds. Pretty inside. Everything was great. There was an elevator which made luggage management easy. I didn't mind parking in a local underground parking garage overnight. The little town is safe and quiet. I couldn't get in right away, but the owner was physically nearby the entrance, and helped me out. Also, he provided a little gift card if you bought anything at his local clothing stores, which I did!

Better quality of body wash for the shower maybe. There was no washcloth, but that is common in Germany, not in the U.S..

Specious and clean apartment, well equipped with nice and modern furniture. Nice host. Very nice location also. If we come back for sailing on Chiemsee, we will definitely return here.

Location was great! Stayed here twice now and it was really nice.

If there was a laundromat in the city, this is inconvenient but seems to be a rarity in the region to have in small towns.

Modern apartment with comfy beds, good bathroom and kitchen, nice tv and seats, good wifi. And enough space for a short stay. Location was good in terms of things to do around the area. Also a plus was the elevator especially for the upper floor. Easy to get the key. And parking in the area was good and cheap.

Location, cause at times there was noise from the street and especially from the nearby church ringing the bells often even early in the morning. Also in the summer time house stays warm and cannot really ventilate unless there is wind and you also open the front door so the air can pass through. There was also no option to cool down from the heat like a ventilator or ac. Made sleeping difficult at times with warm weather.

The apartment located in the city centre, so you can easily go whatever you need. There are everything what you may need in the flat. The apartment was very clean. The landlord is friendly and always ready to help.

The location and the arrangement of the room

No microwave and no information about where to put the garbage. The first day when we arrived the flat was cold.

More blankets or pillows would be very nice even tho its for one person its nice for if its cold. And the church clock is unfortunately very loud hahah.

The location was very good, plenty of grocery shopping and restaurants nearby. A train station 5 minutes walk away that take me to the Traunstein region was also very good. Facilities are on point too, having a kitchen to yourself and a washer dryer in the building is very comfortable for extended stays! It also helped a lot that there were 2 staff members that spoke english, though I tend to handle German fine with Google translate. And the price is unbeatable.

Proximity to the church clock. It rings every hour, half hour and quarter hour, which will become aggravating if you have auditory issues. Somehow, I got used to it and didn't mind as much after a couple of days and even missed it as I was leaving.
