Schöne ruhige Lage am Park

Steile, offene Treppen innerhalb des Appartements - zum Koffertragen und für Hunde nicht optimal bzw. wird das nicht explizit beschrieben oder auf Fotos gezeigt. Keine Klimaanlage und bei sommerlichen Temperaturen unterm Dach sehr warm. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
