Note: Renovation work will be taking place on the second floor of the building until approximately October 2026. Since there is another floor between the ground floor apartment and the second floor, and no particularly noisy work (chiseling or drilling) is currently planned, you should hear very little noise from the work in your apartment. The work will only take place Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La casa es estupenda y muy bonita..tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. La dueños encantadores y muy pendientes de todo. La ubicación perfecta visitar selva negra..estas muy cerca de todo. Hay todo tipo servicios cerca. Farmacia,supermercados etc. Estacion de tren está 20 minutos andando.

The owner was very accommodating, met us on arrival and explained how everything works. We were able to use streaming services (amazon prime) on the TV and there was a fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need was available including an iron and ironing board and multiple coffee meachines!
