Kein Hinweis auf Müllentsorgung - Haben Müll mit nach Hause genommen

Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig. Es war direkt in der Altstadt.

Die Treppe war extrem steil, so dass unser Hund nur mit Mühe und Not diese Treppe laufen konnte. Er ist sehr groß, so dass man ihn nicht tragen kann. Auf diese steile Treppe sollte im Angebot hingewiesen werden, da es auch für ältere Leute fast unmöglich ist, diese Treppe zu gehen. Des weiteren gab es nur einen Handlauf über einen Teil der Treppe, so dass man Angst haben musste, hinunter zu fallen. Im Flur roch es enorm nach künstlichen Duftstoffen; ebenso waren Duftstoffe in der Wohnung verteilt. Im Badezimmer und auch im Wohnzimmer waren Accessoires, die dick mit Staub bedeckt waren. Im Schlafzimmer befand sich nur eine Kleiderstange und ein vierer Kallax Regal; somit sah es im Schlafzimmer immer unordentlich aus.

Einrichtung und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe

Obere zweite Toilette abgeschlossen!!!! Dusche so konzipiert, dass das Wasser nicht abläuft. Einzige verfügbare Toilette im Bad und dass bei 4 Personen-Buchung. Preis überteuert, da nur 1 Bad nutzbar war.

Die Lage in der Stadt ist super.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr steil und die Stufen sind schmal.

Bergzabern was quite a positive surprise for us. And the apartment was lovely. Perfect location to explore the area. Check-in was very easy (via a key box). It's worth noting that the owner locks the rooms that aren't beeing used, meaning if you are two people it is assumed that you will share one bed room. If you need two, tell him ahead of time. I read quite a few negative comments around that, so knew about it. To be honest, if it keeps the room price low, I am really ok with it. Cleaning two extra rooms and changing extra bed linens also costs money that needs to be covered by guests. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment.

The kitchen was a bit dark and don't expect anything from the balcony (it's a dark place for drying clothes). Also, it was a bit cold in the aparmtnet. We only found the heating a bit late in the night. Since the day we arrived was a fairly cold spring day it would have been nice to switch on heating before guests arrive, but other than that the apartment was perfect.
