Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation. The host contacted us shortly after checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. The flat has spectacular views of the Westliche Karwendelspitze, and is conveniently located a 10min walk from the Alstadt, and a 2min walk from a grocery store. It was also getting to hiking trails and other attractions in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Those sleeping in the sofa bed will not be able to keep all the light out when the sun rises early in the morning during summer. But nothing that a sleeping mask can't fix. Partenkirchner Str can be a bit busy with vehicle traffic going into town, so, again, those sleeping in the sofa bed may have a harder time sleeping in.

Sijainti vilkkaan autotien vieressä oli hieman hermostuttavaa pienten lasten kanssa. Autoista ja läheisestä junaradasta tuli myös jonkin verran ääntä, joka kuitenkin rauhoittui yöksi.

Roomy, well equipped and clean apartment very close to the town centre

Be aware that the stairs to our first floor apartment (#2) are a bit steep. Also the refrigerator had no freezer section which was annoying (our host Thomas did advise us that this was being rectified)

Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay. Apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen was very good. Bathroom very good. Each bedroom good size. Wonderful balcony with really gorgeous mountain views. So enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Very walkable to town. Small supermarket almost right next door. The host is very helpful.

One bedroom which seems to have originally been the apartment's livingroom has beautiful panoramic floor to ceiling windows in part but the shades don't go up to the top so as soon as the rising sun clears the mountain it shines directly on your face. We didn't realize there was no common room just the two bedrooms. Road noise could be an issue if you want balcony door (tilted) open for air. Parking can require some discussion with the guests in the other units as it's doable but can be a tight squeeze.

Well equipped comfortable apartment, with fabulous view from the balcony. Short walk to the centre of town. Really helpful hosts.

Anyone noise sensitive might be disturbed by the proximity to the road and railway, but we had a lovely stay.
