Located on the Danube in a beautiful rural setting. High-quality mattress and linens. Friendly and helpful management. Balcony with river view. Refrigerator. Short walk to the monastery. Bike and walking path along the river.

The host and family are wonderful and provide the most excellent and welcoming experience. The location is beautiful and is just a short walk to the amazing and oldest operating monastery brewery in the world. Access, via walking, to river activities, hiking, eating/drinking, parking, etc. is great. By car, daily excursions to nearby castles, towns, and other worthy sites are just minutes away. The rooms are quite nice and the view of the river in the morning and the sunset in the evening are beautiful. The locals are friendly and fun to visit with over a cold one at the local Stammtisch. Of all the places we've visited so far in Bavaria, this has been our favorite (we've stayed here twice, so far...). We highly recommend Ferienwohnung zum Donaublick, a warm, welcoming, and relaxing place to be. Ciao!!!

The location was lovely and we had a great view of the river from our room.

I liked everything!! The location is amazing! The apartment is very nice, modern, welcoming, and cozy. The view is beautiful and Kloster Weltenburg is fantastic. Lastly, the host, Ewa, is totally awesome, fun to be around, industrious, and very helpful. This location is highly recommended!!!

Good location, loved the owner. She is really Nice. Good walking locations starting from the appartment. Sometimes a bit crowded.

Hosts went out of their way to be sure we were happy. Unfortunately there were problems.

Shower drain blocks up and overflows, flooding the entire bathroom, soaking our clothes and towels. No shampoo or soap provided. WiFi seldom works and is slow. Hundreds of small river flies clinging to walls everywhere in the room. Unsafe spiral stairs up to front door, with incomplete safety rail, potted plants on steps. Had to unplug things to get an outlet for device chargers. No air conditioning. No elevator. Off-street parking place covered with dog waste. Loud neighbors & pop music ruined every sunset.

Mets all your creature comforts. the shower was a dream. warm and hot water almost from the off. We had a simple and hearty breakfast. The coffee was a dream. The staff/owners are so friendly, a longer stay would not be a problem.

The bed was a little too soft for me.
