The location was A1. The amount of space in the apartment was super. The contents of the apartment showed they thought of everything for their guests. The ease of collection of keys was so straight forward and stress free considering how stressful arriving to Heidelberg was for us.

Noisy for the lower bedroom at weekend nights especially

The location was unsurpassed and the hosts were incredibly helpful and hospitable.

It was really easy to get the keys as well as finding the house.

Everything was good. Just be careful with the stairs, if you are not used to these kinds of wooden stairs.

The apartment is in a wonderful location in the middle of the old town, with fantastic views of the castle and the kornmarkt. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space etc. The owner was very pleasant, with great communication and the check in and check out arrangements were clear and simple. I've noticed some reviews mention the bins at the door to the building but we didn't notice any smells and the entrance hall was clean and well kept. There is a fantastic bakery just round the corner and a couple of small grocery stores within easy walking distance. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, including 2 cafes on your doorstep!

A few more chairs would make the apartment even better, as you could make the most of sitting by the windows and enjoying the views if all the beds are in use. We were there during a heatwave and we did miss having aircon - one or two more fans would have helped with the heat.

Location is amazing. Very clean, spacious and charming. Responsive host.

No window coverings in the bedroom. Privacy is good, just bright.

great location and amenities

The location is perfect for a trip to Heidelberg. Right under the castle and you have bakeries and cafes underneath. Everything was clean. Loved the balcony with castle view. Spacious rooms.

The stairs to the apartments (3rd floor) are super steep and not very wide. We had a baby with us and our friend was pregnant. Not great if you need to go up and down multiple times to bring up all of your stuff for the baby. One mattress was very used and not comfortable. In one apartment there was no curtain in the sleeping room, the towel rail was broken and the shower hose wasn’t tight so water came out of the shower head. I guess it needs a little bit of love - that’s all.
