Positiv zu bewerten ist die Lage, die ausreichende Anzahl an Parkplätzen sowie das ruhige Wohngebiet.

Negativ war, dass die Gastgeberin auf meine Nachrichten via WhatsApp nicht reagiert hat. Außerdem war die Wohnung nicht sauber, besonders der Boden in der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl es mein zweites Mal in diesem Haus war, habe ich mich in dieser Wohnung leider sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider schwierig, der Hof ist sehr eng. Aber der Vermieter kann nichts für die voll geparkte Straße

Für mich gute Lage, Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Weitestgehend sehr sauber.

In der Beschreibung steht ein Ofen, der ist leider nicht vorhanden. Für den Schlüsseltresor wurde erst ein falscher Pin gesendet (sonst ist die Schlüsselübergabe einfach) Geschirr war nicht sauber gespült.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr gute Einrichtung, großzügige Räume, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sehr hundefreundlich. Gerne werden wir wieder diese Wohnung mieten, wenn wir in Kassel sind.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
