Die Lage war gut.

Ich habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung zu meiner Stornierungsanfrage bekommen, obwohl ich persönlich bei der Unterkunft angerufen hatte. Es war extrem hellhörig, wir haben jedes Wort von unseren Nachbarn oben drüber verstanden.

I was glad that I didn’t book a hotel room. I felt very much at home. The property owner double checked on me and was there if I needed them. Very nice!!! And the welcome fruit basket was a great surprise.

"Unzumutbar! Hygiene? Fehlanzeige!"

Buchung für den 18.04.2026: Zustand bei Anreise unzumutbar: Zimmer wurde offensichtlich nicht gereinigt! Fäkalspuren an der Toilette, Bett nicht frisch bezogen, Fußboden stark verschmutzt, Schimmel in der Dusche, verdreckte Fensterbänke. Die benutzten Handtücher des Vorgastes lagen noch auf dem Boden. Zimmerwechsel abgelehnt, da grundlegende Hygienestandards im gesamten Haus fraglich sind. Die Bilder auf Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität und sind irreführend. Wir sind nach 30 Minuten abgereist und haben die Unterkunft nicht genutzt. Da der Vermieter die Rückerstattung von 62€ verweigert, wird nun Booking-Support, anwaltliche Beratung und das zuständige Gesundheitsamt eingeschaltet. Fotos als Beweismittel liegen vor.
