Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies and in common areas. Smoking violations will result in a fine of EUR 400 plus the cost of cleaning, deodorization and damage repair. Commercial photography / videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. Overnight guests who exceed the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Violating the pet policy could result in a fine. The guest bears the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs or parking permits. Guests take full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the premises, the property and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage staff. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any damage, fees, costs or expenses associated therewith.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
