Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Zu Fuß schnel am Hafen, Promenade. Würden wieder kommen.

Am Bad müsste mal was gemacht werden.

Die Lage war optimal, sowohl zum ÖPNV als auch zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Zoo, Klimahaus, Museen, Zentrum, etc.. als auch die verkehrliche Anbindung aus Richtung Süden mit Auto. Viele Spielplätze und verhältnismäßig für eine Stadt viel Grün un ebenfalls viel Infos/Kultur.

Pflege des Umfeldes/Straßen/Gehweg/Rinnsteins (Aufgabe der Anwohner/Eigentümer(?!).

Ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung der Küche, große Dusche, große Sitzecke, Parkplatz vor dem Haus und eine Garage für die Fahrräder mit Lademöglichkeit für E-bike.

The second bedroom in Flat 3 was small and ceilings really low
