Spacious and cozy apartment, comfortable mattresses. Nice quiet location, the living room was big and great for sitting in the evening

To the apartment: a slightly more complicated the entire check-in process. There was no coffee available, although everything was prepared to make it. The washing machine was on when we arrived and the sheets were supposed to stay in it for the whole stay, that was quite strange to imagine sleeping in them after a week in it... About the reservation and the host: The host has a free cancellation set up a week before the stay, unfortunately I had my August reservation canceled a week before due to problems with the reported credit card. So Booking canceled my reservation and I made it again the next day and paid immediately. At that time the price was lower for the same number of people. Since then, unpleasant and arrogant communication started with the host, who felt that we had perhaps robbed him. He couldn't even say hello or introduce himself so that I knew if it is he or she. We paid for a reservation for 5 people (I also attached a screenshot of the number of guests and the price), but unfortunately I only received a confirmation for 2 people. I tried to solve the matter both with the Booking and host who still wanted to pay the amount from the original reservation, which no longer existed. Since the stay was a short time away, according to the instructions of Booking, I paid the amount for the host for the time being, and the rest is in comunnication with costumer service after the stay. A more pleasant communication only happened when the communication was passed on to host´s friend-Anja. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for me, especially when the stay was arranged for me and my co-workers. I felt animosity and unwillingness to solve the crisis on the part of the host, despite the fact that the price and also the cancellation policy are set by him and I only responded to the offer and tryied to solve it in for the good of both parties. Good location close to the old town and highway. Also short distance to Playmobil fun park. Big apartment and well equipped kitchen. Good bathroom.

Living area is big, but you see it used to be an office. One curtain was missing, so everyone from the street could look inside if they wish too, also blinds very missing, so in a warm weather it got hot inside quickly. Transforming office space into cozy living room did not succeed in my view, but maybe it is us used to different standards.
