Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist super, es gibt auch einen Parkplatz. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Herrn Radu klappte wunderbar, vielen Dank.

"Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in Marbach"

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort, nahe zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof von Marbach, mit ruhigem Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof und einem tollen Blick vom Balkon. Die Küche war modern eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer groß und mit einem bequemen Ledersofa. Der Gastgeber hat sich persönlich um die Schlüsselübergabe gekümmert und war sehr hilfsbereit.

"Kényelmes, tágas, csendes, jól felszerelt! Csak ajánlani tudom!"

Szuper kényelmes apartman, jól felszerelt, csendes, szép kilátással, külön bejáratú apartman, így másokkal nem zavartuk egymást. Zárt garázs is rendelkezésre állt. A tulajdonos segítőkész, nagyon korrekt személy. Közel van több pékség, üzlet, mindenhol nagyon kedvesek az emberek! Ha legközelebb látogatóba jövünk, akkor is itt szállunk meg. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Túl jól éreztük magunkat, így nem tudok semmi negatívumot ;-)

"TOP - Gerne wieder :-)"

Andrea Berg Konzert besucht. Nach schwerer Familiendiskussion, wer fährt, hat sich spontan der Vermieter angeboten uns (ca. 20 Km) hinzu fahren. Was für ein "Goldschatz" - Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett. Die Wohnung im DG ist sehr schön eingerichtet und modern. Küche bietet eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in Marbach und in diesem Komplex ist nur das Apartment belegt, Im Untergeschoss eine Versicherungsagentur. Also ist man sozusagen ohne Nachbarn oder Mitbewohner :-). Bäcker in 2 min. Laufweg. Somit alles TOP - gerne wieder.

It's a fantastic apartment with lots of nice places to eat nearby. Shops supermarkets all nearby and 5 min walk from the train station. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
