Centrally located, it was clean, relaxing and peaceful. They offered free bus passes to the castle!

Everything was great

Beautiful room, very nice area, good location. Had great peace while we were there and very easy to get around. They knew it was a special birthday for me and made a lovely gesture of including some sweet things in the room - thanks so much Haus Sissi!

What would have made it easier was check in at the property, however we were made aware of this beforehand so all went fine

from the website it was not clear that the accommodation did not offer much privacy. It worked out fine in the end.

The apartment was absolutely spotless. Every detail for our comfort was considered. I loved the New Year gift of prosecco & chocolates. It made us feel special & valued as guests. Check in & out were easy & smooth. The bed was very comfortable & we were 2 mins from the station for buses & trains. The apartment was also very quiet & peaceful.

Host: extremely nice and very helpful. Very responsive as well. Had some confusion with the booking, and he sorted it out amicably Location: hardly 300m from the station which is ideal Note: Ensure you book parking before hand and also carry cash with you. The town does not have many ATMs, many wont work when you need them and many shops only take cash.

Good location in city centre, very close to the main station. Spacious room and bathroom. Cute building. Friendly staff, with lots of helpful tips about things to see and how to use public transport.

We found lots of long black hairs in the towels, which didn't feel very nice. Otherwise they smelled and felt clean, so it was probably just bad luck with the washing, but still not a great experience. The mattress was a bit hard.

The property was in a good location and nicely decorated.

The staff were not kind or helpful. The check in process is ridiculous because you have to go to a different location to pick up your keys. We arrived in Füssen when it was dark and raining and when we called the listed phone number for directions to the key pickup location, we did not receive any advice or directions, only a grumpy man who was incredibly disrespectful. The room and bathroom had a bad smell. There were air fresheners and diffusers in the hallway and I understood why very quickly. I understand that the building is old but it smells strongly of mildew and sitting water. The shower did not have a door (you could see it should have had one) and instead of replacing the shower door, a curtain was placed there in lieu. The water spilled out of the shower as the curtain was not effective whatsoever. Due to this, we had to limit our use of the shower and use our towels to ensure the floor was dry after we used it. Also, check out was at 10am which seems oddly early since it’s consistently 11am everywhere else.
