Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Aussicht ist schön und man kann bei schönem Wetter wunderbar auf dem Balkon sitzen.

Leider musste ich bei Ankunft erstmal durchsaugen da auf allen Böden ( auch auf dem Balkon) sehr viele Hundehaare und Brötchen Krümel lagen 😢.

The apartment was lovely and more spacious than we expected. It was very well equipped with all the essentials for self-catering and even some basics like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, and a lovely bottle of complimentary wine and water. The highlight for us was the terrace, which was barely visible in the photos as they seem to have been taken in the evening, and only of one small section, so we expected a narrow balcony/outside seating area. However, there is a whole extra section with an outside dining table and chairs that could seat 6 people, and in the garden area, you also have a lovely seating area with all separate amenities for grilling in the shed next door. My brother decided to join us halfway through our stay and the hosts were very accommodating and gracious, allowing him to stay on the sleeper couch in the living area of the apartment at a small extra fee, and providing extra bedding and towels without a problem. The option to do laundry at a small fee was also very much appreciated.

The dogs don't actually live on the property (and one is no longer around), so we were a little sad that we didn't have them there as we were looking forward to having them around based on the many pictures of them on the listing :) The only other potentially negative thing to note is that the house is quite close to the main road, with only one other house in between, so if you like to sleep with the windows open, you do hear the traffic, especially as it is a very quiet little town. It is also quite removed from most of the touristy areas along the Mosel, so having a car is key, but does still take a bit to get to any of the more active areas. We didn't mind, but my mid-20s brother found it too quiet and boring :)

Hardly to no grocery store in the village But at least a bakery with some very appetising pastries, and friendly atmosphere We missed a bread toaster in the kitchen
