Very large rooms, superb view on the river and quite affordable price. Nice terrace with a view. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. They have quite a collection of wine, there is even a non-alcoholic option. Even though it is located very close to a train line, the noise from trains can barely be heard because of good noise cancellation, when the windows are shut on that side.

Restaurants and shops are quite far, but it's not a problem if you are travelling on a car, and there is a train stop, so travel by public transport is also possible.

Great hosts and wine

This refers to the 2nd floor apartment in a separate building with a balcony and big windows overlooking the Rhine and the almost constant shipping. We both loved this living/sleeping room, especially the view and the rest of the space, the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and the wine supply from our hosts which could be purchased. I would love to stay again. Parking was easy and the WiFi worked well. We took the train from the station 5 minutes away as a break from driving.

Hardly anything really. The stairs are of the circular type and need a little care for us seniors. Maybe some extra pillows would be nice, we didn't feel it was important enough to ask. Some might be troubled by trains and a little traffic noise, this is heard throughout the Rhine Gorge and didn't disturb us.

The flexibility and availability of the hosts were a plus. The apartment is confortable and well equipped. Quite good value for money. We appreciated especially the balcony with a view on the River. Having breakfast with a view is a small pleasure.
