Ferienwohnung Grüsser in Berchtesgaden

We received a lovely warm welcome from the host, Alexandra, who spoke English. It was a lovely apartment with everything you could need included. It was spotless and well kept. The balcony off the bedroom provided us with a beautiful view of the Kehlsteinhaus and mountains, and there was very little traffic to spoil the peace with some complimentary drinks. The apartment was within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, however, there were the facilities to cook for yourself. The apartment was a little walk uphill from the centre, but there was a bus service that stopped across the road, which was free to use with the given visitors' pass, allowing us to travel around the area easily. We will definitely be returning as there is so much to see and do, regardless of the weather. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

Eigenlijk beviel alles aan deze accommodatie. Het was vrij warm , maar door de ligging op het oosten bleef het appartement lekker koel. Door de goede geluidsisolatie was het heerlijk stil. Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkonnetje was spectaculair. De inrichting was compleet en smaakvol. De gastvrouw vriendelijk, in voor een kort praatje maar niet opdringerig. En ze had goede tips over de omgeving.

Eigenlijk viel er helemaal niets tegen. In het begin even wennen dat boodschappen doen met de auto moest vanwege de afstand. Maar dat pastte altijd wel ergens in ons dagprogramma.

Roomy apartment with balcony in large private house outside Berchtesgaden. Bus stop - hourly service - close by. Alexandra was very friendly. No grocery shops open on Sundays.

We had a wonderful stay at the house in Berchtesgaden. The place was very clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful tips about the area. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Host was very welcoming. Very clean apartment in great location.

The hostesses were so nice and helpful! They even helped us arrange for a taxi to pick us up given that we had an early train leaving the next day. Communication was overall great. The apartment is on the second floor and had everything we needed and even some free beverages. And the view was amazing. 10/10.

Not a big deal for me but it's a bit far from the city center so you depend on the bus, which doesn't have too many stop times and they're even fewer on the weekends. But the bus stops are very close, you just need to plan accordingly.
