CF13 30m2 Central with Terrace AC and Netflix

Excellent location, the apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and all amenities you'd need e.g., washing machine, dishwasher. The shower was very good, and a kettle and toaster were found in the kitchen. A large fridge was also present. The airco unit worked very well and was needed! The TV had access to Netflix. The WiFi was also good!

The TV didn't work (regular channels with no or very weak signal) so we had to rely on Netflix! There was a typo in the mail we received which had the incorrect password for the WiFi

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing stay at this apartment. The host uses an additional booking/information portal, which made the communication process very confusing. I received emails from the host, Booking.com, and the extra portal. The code for the key box and WiFi password were not provided through the booking portal, but were in an old email from Booking.com - and the code provided was incorrect. there were three contact numbers, however it took over an hour to get through to any anyone to receive the correct code for the key box. Additionally, the WiFi password provided was incorrect. When we requested to leave our bags in the room for an extra hour, we were told this would incur a €29 late check-out fee. Considering that check-in starts at 5 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, combined with the fact that getting into the room was a lengthy and stressful process, I found this fee unreasonable. Overall, the stay was not as smooth or enjoyable as I had hoped.
