Es war sauber und modern. Die Stadt ist direkt vor der Nase. Perfekte Lage

Naja der Boden ist nicht so toll aber was anderes fällt mir nun wirklich nicht ein.

++ Fenster zu zeitweise stark befahrener Verkehrskreuzung ++

Für die täglichen Aktivitäten war die Lage super!

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Feiertags-Wochenende in Ulm und da war es am späten Abend sehr laut durch die Kreuzung direkt vorm Fenster.

Great location in the city centre. Close to many nice restaurants, cafes, bakeries and public transport. Quite quiet. Very spacious bed/living room. Patio would be great in the summer. Very straightforward check in process.

No elevator - check that the room you get is closer to the ground floor if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the stairwell for hours after someone left the window or patio door open.

- Great location for exploring Ulm - Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby - Spacious rooms - Lots of kitchen appliances - coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Washer available downstairs - Bed and bed sofa were comfortable

- Bathroom was very dark and shower was very small - Only very few dishes (4 cups, 4 plates, 4 forks ...) which does not make sense if you have a dishwasher - Owners did not react to 4 messages I sent via booking.com - Not much comfort: only one nightstand, no additional lamps next to the sofa bed, only one mirror, ... - Microwave was on top of the extractor fan in 2 meters height. Unreachable for many people and also dangerous if you take hot things out of there

Everything is in order, clean. Well organized. Perfect and central locatıon.

The location was perfect, room with a view of the Münster. Fantastic. As I know my way around Ulm, it was easy to find, easy to access, the no contact instructions were clear. Everything I needed was at near by, backery, drug markt, shopping and lots of restaurants. Wad very happy there was a small elevator for my suitcase and me.

I did miss shampoo and such. Some coffee and tea bags would also be nice. The room was clean, but in the bathroom some things could be a bit cleaner, spots next to the toilet, hair in the drain of the shower. Bed position in the middle of the room seemed logic, but sleeps a bit insecure. Bed was comfortable but not of top quality.
