Sehr gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Die Zentrale Lage, und die wunderbare Aussicht waren top! Die Wohnung grosszügig geschnitten und ideal Ausgerüstet, KOMPLIMENT! Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Sauberkeit wurde vom Vorgänger zuwenig beachtet: Aschenbecher auf Balkon nicht geleert, Abfall im Bad nicht entsorgt. Unrat und leere Flasche unter einem Bett. Koch-Utensilien und -Geschirr z. Teil schmutzig. Nur ein Fixleintuch vorhanden. Wir wollten getrennte Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation könnte etwas kundenfreundlicher sein.

"Heerlijk verblijf in een luxe woning die als thuis voelde."

Zeer gunstige locatie voor bezoek Nationale Parken, Rügen, Fischland Darss Zingst, mooie steden, fietstochten etc. Appartement schoon, goed ingericht, en zeer ruim en licht. Leuk uitzicht op haven. Twee luxe badkamers met toiletten. Grote slaapkamer met fijn bed/matras. Heerlijk rustig; je hoort 's nachts niets. Goed uitgeruste keuken.

De communicatie die te indirect verloopt. Wij hadden bv tijdig voor 70 !! euro twee laken/handdoeken pakketten besteld - wat al enigszins moeizaam verliep vanwege technische storingen op de online check-in pagina. De nodige berichten hierover verstuurd en vier keer over getelefoneerd tot het uiteindelijk bevestigd werd nadat alle info telefonisch was doorgegeven en het bedrag was betaald. Echter bij aankomst in Barth om 17:30 uur (na 10 uur rijden vanuit Nederland) bleken er geen lakens en handdoeken te zijn. Na vele telefoontjes met info@favorent.de ( elke keer een andere persoon) steeds weer onduidelijke info over de schoonmaakploeg of die nou wel of niet iets zou komen brengen en wanneer. Uiteindelijk om 21:00 uur kregen we een code van een cijferslot op een kist in een berging waarin een noodpakket zat dat we dan konden gebruiken. Ik vond dat behoorlijk bizar. Tip: neem je eigen lakens en handdoeken mee.

Tolle Unterkunft! Das Sofa fand ich zum sitzen nicht so bequem. Aber alles andere ist hervorragend
