Eingang zu Wohnungen und Treppenhaus war schmutzig. Fenster der Wohnung waren verdreckt. Balkon war verdreckt. Nachdem wir 2x dies reklamiert haben und es trotzdem nicht gemacht wurde habe ich selber sauber gemacht. Außer Fenstern. Im großen Wohnbereich gab es nur billige Vorhänge und keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Hitze ohne Ende. Syphon von Waschbecken 2x reklamiert. Auch hier hat sich Herr Engel nicht gemeldet. Ein absolutes No Go

The apartment was nice and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. The problem I have is with the cleaning fee and an extra charge for towels. The cleaning fee was 119 euros, which is excessive for a three-night visit. Then we were charged 27 euros for towels. It's the first time I've ever been charged for this. So the apartment was nice, but the extra costs (almost 50 euros per day) made it expensive.
