"Große, aber sehr ungemütliche , Wohnung mit vielen Mängeln"

Lage war gut , Zentrum

- Niemand da beim einchecken -tel. Kommunikation mangelhaft -keine Einweisung -Dachgeschoß schwer zugänglich -lockeres Treppengeländer , zu kurz -gesamte Wohnung ungemütlich - alle Fenster schmutzig ( in einem lag eine tote Fledermaus -teilweise Fenster nicht zu öffnen ( Bad , 2. Schlafzimmer keine Schränke und Ablageflächen -durchgehend kahle Wände -keine Notrufnummern ( kein Alarmplan) -bei Brand keine Möglichkeit aus der Wohnung zu kommen - zu viele Mängel - Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen

"Viel Platz mitten im historischen Zentrum."

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hat ein historisches Ambiente. In der Küche haben wir alle nötigen Utensilien vorgefunden. Es gab hier genug Platz um dort auch gemeinsam zu essen. Das Schlafsofa in der Wohnung ist tatsächlich ein extra Schlafsofa ( für eine Person) , so daß man nicht die Sitzecke umbauen muss.Die Kinder haben am liebsten im Hängesessel gesessen.In einem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen halb abgetrennten Raum mit einem Kleinkinderbett ( ca. 2-5 Jahre) und einer Spielecke mit reichlich Spielzeug. Es gab 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Wanne. Es war alles sauber und die weiße Bettwäsche und die weißen Handtücher waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Altstadt. Es gab einen direkten Ansprechpartner.

Es wäre schon ,wenn man die Bäder auch von innen abschließen könnte ( oder ein einfacher Türriegel). Die Auslegeware entsprach nicht meinem Geschmack, da hätte ich ( auch aus hygienischen Gründen ) Laminat o.ä. bevorzugt.
