Location and facilities.

It can be a bit challenging to find parking and apartment from the given instructions.

Only the location

We were miss sold this accommodation as all bedrooms were not air conditioned and 2 people couldn’t sleep well every night. Also the shower was so horrible that water kept coming out of the cubicle and we had to clean it every day.

The property is centrally located, very close to restaurants and shopping centre. Apartment is very clean and is well equipped. Owners answered all questions pertaining to check-in, parking etc very promptly.

Location was great! Plenty of space!

A nice place in the city center with everything you need for a short stay. It is equipped with everything for cooking. You can also easily access multiple restaurants nearby. The apartment is also pretty big with plenty of room for a big family. It is located in the beginning of the walking area, so it is pretty close to all places of interest.

The facade of the property is under renovation blocking the view and entrance to the balcony. But it is not related to the apartment itself.

The apartment is in a great location right at the beginning of the main shopping street in Baden-Baden, opposite a nice fountain and one end of a park. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 clean, well-equipped bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, plus 2 balconies. The air-conditioning keeps the place cool. The internet works well. Being able to use the 1-car parking garage at the back of the building (for €10 per night) is very useful. Baden-Baden itself is a lovely city.

Unfortunately we were not told that the whole of the front of the building is in scaffolding, obscuring the nice view across to the fountain and the park and meaning we didn't want to sit on the balcony, which would have been nice. One minus point for that, even though the builders were not working during our stay. Also we could not work out why the air conditioning suddenly turns off in the middle of the night. We did understand that it turns off when you open the window - that's a good idea. The furnishings in the apartment are good quality although a little old-fashioned in style, which was a bit odd in some ways.
