"Comfortable, but not welcoming"

The space was good, and the view from the balcony was great.

There were too many rules and everything was very rigid. Parking outside was not very clear where it was possible to park, even if the rules said that only park in allowed places. The tone was very threatening. Everything in the kitchen needed to stay "exactly" as we found it. The space was nice, but with kids I was always afraid that everything was OK in the end. Besides, it is also not nice to thing that the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils depended on the good will of the previous guests.
