Please inform Braviscasa - Ferienresidenz Stadttor Endingen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we work with a key code system for independent check-in. You will receive this in a separate email one week before your arrival. Please note that there is no reception desk. Please remember to always check your emails in your Booking.com account. We will send you important information there. All flats are self-catering with no cleaning service. The flats must be left clean and swept.
