המארחת מקסימה, מאוד קשובה לכל בקשה , הדירה גדולה , המצעים נקיים, המיטות נוחות, המטבח מאוד מאובזר . בעלת הדירה סידרה חניה בתוך הבית , יש סופר צמוד לדירה.

הקומה השלישית בתוך הוילה - מאוד לא נוח לעלות עם המזוודות במדרגות ללילה אחד. החימום בקושי עובד - היה לנו קר מאוד מאוד מאוד. הריהוט מאוד ישן , המקרר בקושי עובד. הדברים הכי חשובים - מקרר והחימום- לא היו תקינים , ולכן התשלום מוגזם מאוד ביחס למה שהדירה מספקת.
