I took me 1 hour to get access into the room. The door had to be opened via an App. The door did not open. There was nobody to call for help. I tried 10-15 times and finally the mechanism worked. I already thought I have to spend the night in the car.

Great, generally quiet location, very comfortable bed and bed covers. Heated towel rack was lovely. Nice little kitchen.

Austere interior with No chair to relax on. Four flights of stairs to carry suitcase up. Heard neighbors mid morning. Not enough coffee. Water for shower never got really hot- only lukewarm.

The balcony had a beautiful view and the washing machine was the most usedul thing for me with 3 kids

It was very difficult as i had no internet because i came from abroad and the neighbour of the property helped me but what if the neighbour wouldnt be there The property looked clean but it was not, all the ground was dirty and when you come with 3 children you want a clean ground at least. Came very tired to the property and had first to clean the whole flat’s ground for nearly 2 hours. A mop was there but not a bucket, asked the turkish neighbour for a bucket who thankfully gave me one. Also, the hob is connected with a extension cable and this is a very dangerous thing. I tried to let work the hob 1 hour as needed to cook urgently for kids, and the hob was not working. I saw then it is not working because of the extension cable, had to disconnect it. The power energy of a hob should be comnected directly to the wall and not with an extension cable which is a very dangerous thing. Had to disconnect the extension and pit it to the wall socket. Also if ot says a flat for 4 people you expect at least 4 spoons in the kitchen. So the first evening was a very hard thing for me coming in especially to a dirty ground full of hair and dust. Also a dishwasher could be a good idea for the flat

Lovely apartment nearby Stuttgart. Checking in is made very userfriendly thanks to Nuki. The host was also very complete in giving information about the location and checking in. A bonus is the reserved parking. Many thanks for staying.
