Sehr Strandnah, Seebrücke, Strand und Neystedplatz in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig man hat nichts von den Nachbarwohnungen gehört.

Die Beleuchtung könnte verbessert werden, es gibt zwei Stehlampen und eine Deckenlampe über dem Tisch am Fenster. Rechts und links vom Schrankbett gibt er keine Nachttischlampe , man könnte sowas im oder am Bett platzieren.
