It is set in a former book print shop and comes with a Smart TV, free high-speed WiFi, an air purifier and fan and a sofa bed suitable for an additional 2 guests. Rental bikes are available for a small fee and the city center is only a 10-minute walk away. Reserved parking with a small fee. Note that the 3rd and 4th guests sleep on a sofa bed. Includes a free parking space. Guests have to pay to use the laundry room.

"Silvester in Leipzig"

Tolle, ruhige Lage, aber dennoch sehr zentral! Schwierige Parkplatzsituation, hatten Glück und noch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz ergattert. Ansonsten beim Rewe Parkhaus 8€/24h. Im Studio sehr gutes Bett mit ordentlicher Matratze und gut gefülltem Kopfkissen. Zimmer und Bad ausreichend groß! Heizung funktionierte tadellos.

Kleinigkeiten, die uns gefehlt haben: Platzdeckchen auf dem kleinen Küchentisch, so wirkte der Tisch etwas kahl. Eierbecher, Flaschenöffner, Schnapsgläser, Zahnputzbecher und vielleicht eine Küchenrolle 😉 Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Der Fahrstuhl war super. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür und nahe der Innenstadt. Der Balkon war auch prächtig und schön groß.

Sehr moderne, schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit großer überdachter Terrasse.

Es gab einige Mängel, was die Sauberkeit der Wohnung anbelangt.
