Das Beste war die Lage. Nur wenige Schritte zum Hafen und zu den Geschäften. Anfangs funktionierten weder die Heizung im Bad noch die Beleuchtung vom Spiegelschrank im Bad. Ein kurzer Anruf bei Fa. Lehn und am selben Tag wurde alles in Ordnung gebracht. Ansonsten war alles okay.

Die Stufe zum Hauseingang war ziemlich hoch. Für jüngere Leute kein Problem. Wenn msn nicht ganz so gut zu Fuß ist, wie ich, dann schon.

Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in ca. 1 Minute zum Zentrum gelegen. Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist es sehr sehr ruhig.

"Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war nicht angenehm!"

Die Lage ist sehr gut,aber das war auch das Beste!

Kein guter Einstieg,denn die Haus Eingangstür war sehr schmutzig. Die Treppe zur Wohnung sehr,sehr steil und schmal.Beleuchtung geht aus bevor man an der Wohnungstür angekommen ist.Die 4 Abfallbehälter stehen mit Deckeln in der Küche.Kein schöner Anblick. Müllbeutel viel zu klein. Das Bad ist aus den achtziger Jahren , in der Dusche ist Schimmel und der schmale hohe Einstieg lädt nicht zum duschen ein. Die Terrasse ist sehr ungepflegt und macht kein Spaß zum verweilen!! Höchstens 7 Punkte für die Wohnung.
