Jorg, the host was a gentlemen, The apartment was clean and spacious. 20 mins Uber into cologne city centre. Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment is very nice with large living areas, bedroom and bathroom. We found the beds very comfortable, just an extra curtain in the bedroom to keep the early morning sunlight out would be a small improvement. On the other hand, it's worth getting up early, as you can enjoy the sun on the balcony from morning till evening. The apt. is situated in a region that has some fabulous green scenery for walking or biking, while at the same time being close to the river Rhine. Bonn and Köln are only 20km away by bike along the Rhine. The bicycle routes pass right next to the house. The owner is very friendly and ready to help if needed. Shops and restaurants are also close by. We can only recommend this apt. The photos show the apt. as it is.

The apartment was big and clean. if you’re traveling by car the location is good especially for Phantasialand.

There was no hair dryer and no soap to wash hands. In Addition to that, the staff wasn’t friendly at all. While discussing the check in times I recently started a new job so I could only leave Munich after work. I explained my situation and asked if there was a late check in keybox option. When I addressed my concerns not making it at 20h at the location the staff replied with: “I only have two options to your problem, the first is you will be there at 20h latest or you search for a hotel with a reception”. i was in shock since I travel often and a lot of places including private apartments had late night check ins. (with keybox). the rudeness was really uncalled for. I understand that they were worried but I booked over booking.com and when I got to the apartment I saw outside there was a keybox! so this could have been an option…. running such a business people need to be prepared to treat customers well.. being in this business myself I cannot understand and respect these actions. My honest opinion: if you’re really struggling with money I can recommend the apartment since it was clean and nice. if you’re able to spend 20 or 40 euros more for a different place please do not book this apartment. let’s not support places that don’t know how customer service works.

Nice apartment, clean and well-furnished. Large patio. Quiet location with parking on site. Great location for visiting Cologne, Bonn, the fabulous Augustusburg Palace complex in nearby Brühl (a UNESCO World Heritage site), and many other castles in the area.

When we arrived the host met us and show apartment. No waiting time or complex instructions.

It will be nice to have an oil, solt and paper at the kitchen))))
