Die sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr viel Straßenlärm und Geruchsbelästigung durch den Imbiss-Laden 20 m weiter. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr umfangreich. Der Rest der Wohnung war schon zumindest für uns Gewöhnungsbedüftig. Design empfindet jeder halt anders. Die Parkplatzsituation ist für Feriengäste ein Unding.
