Haus Brengartner

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr großzügig. Es gab sogar zwei Bäder. Am besten hat uns der große Balkon gefallen. Man hört keine Straße und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und ins Grüne. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und werde bestimmt nochmal herkommen.

Appartamento molto ben attrezzato, pulitissimo e strategico per visitare la Foresta Nera e Friburgo. L’ospitalità di Maria è eccellente, grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Ad accoglierci, oltre al suo sorriso gentile, anche una bottiglia di vino locale. Lei e suo marito ci hanno poi aiutati con un problema alla macchina facilitandoci gli spostamenti e la comunicazione con il meccanico. Siamo stati molto bene.

Very clean, everything is available. Great for a stop-over after a long trip or longer staying. Very peaceful and quiet area.

Maria has gave me instruction (in German) on how to get there but my navigation sent me to the other entrance which I got a bit confused but nowadays with google translate you can get anything translated and with google maps you can find the other entrance. Key was on the lockbox, easy to get, and man I was so surprised to find how big the appartment is. Huge spaces, a bedroom and relaxing room in one with sofa's free parking, and as usual in Germany a closable rolling sliders which renders the rooms completely dark, very good for sleeping late. A marvelous scenery from outside the window and a complete kitchen for private use! A whole set of pans, it was amazing. It was a too short stay, next time will stay longer!

The only downside is the pillow, it's very large but very very thin, even after folding it into two it's still too soft and thin. Beware of the mosquito's, I killed one and got bitten by one but it's nature.
