Gute lage

Wirklich leider sehr sehr dreckig, überall spinnweben die kippen vom vorgänger auf der ganzen terasse noch verteilt, dreckiger backofen Die Kurtaxe muss bar bezahlt werden

Liegt nah am Meer

Es waren sehr viele Spinnen und Spinnweben, die man zuvor hätte wegmachen können. Zumal ist uns Schimmel an vereinzelten Stellen an den Wänden aufgefallen.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Man ist in 5min fußläufig am Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Zudem war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. In vielen Ecken gab es sichtbare und viele Spinnenweben, die definitiv schon länger dort gewesen sind. Zudem war der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer nicht abgeputzt und es waren noch Krümel darauf. Leider war die Heizungseinstellung fragwürdig. Die Schlafzimmer Heizung konnte man nicht abdrehen (Drehknopf kaputt?),sodass es im Schlafzimmer sehr heiß war. Dafür war es im Wohnzimmer, trotz aufgedrehter Heizung, sehr kühl.
