Modern ausgestattet - Küche bietet alles notwendige.

Kleine malermäßige Ausbesserungen sind nach der Saison mal notwendig. Aussicht vom Balkon aufgrund von Bäumen stark eingeschränkt - aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Für den aufgerufenen Preis dürften Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. inbegriffen sein.

nur 100m zum Strand ( der Sand ist allerdings ziemlich steinig, besonders am Meeresrand), grosse und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, schöne Radwege nach Kühlungsborn und Warnemünde

sehr warme Wohnung- bei Außentemperaturen von nur 18-22° innen immer 23-25°C trotz langem Lüften, wegen fehlender Gazefenster ständig viele Fliegen in den Zimmern, die Villa sowie die Terrasse liegt direkt am Fußweg und der viel befahrenen Strandstrasse, keine Mikrowelle vorhanden, im Bad kein Handtuchtrockner
