Haus am Fluss

Die Vermieterin der Wohnung ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Nach unserer Ankunft hat sie uns in Ruhe Alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnfläche ist optimal genutzt, sodass die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da die Vermieterin im gleichen Haus wohnt, hatte man vorort jederzeit eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Die Lage ist sehr gut und schön, direkt an einem Fluss auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. In der Nähe sind z.B. fussläufig auch eine Busstation, S-Bahnstation, Lidl, diverse Restaurants, Freibad und Wanderwege je nachdem in max. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben wir ein Ticket bekommen, sodass wir diese auch noch kostenlos nutzen konnten. Wir sind einmal damit nach Freudenstadt gefahren. Ein ebenfalls sehenswerter Ort,nur so als kleiner Tipp. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter und würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Einzige was wir zu bemängeln hatten ist, dass das Haus an einer sehr viel befahrenen Strasse liegt, aber wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hatte, hat man es gar nicht mitbekommen. Also Meckern auf hohem Niveau. 🙃

Très bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé et tout confort+++. Bien situé pour randonner dans la Forêt Noire.

Spacious apartment, very well decorated with all the expected items and all faciilities described in the profile. We really found this a home from home which was a magical refuge to come back to after a days touring in the Black forest. It was the attic apartment in a 3 floor house with a common entrance but honestly it felt very private. The host wasvery helpful, we spoke mainly in my pigeon German. The parking is one of the 2 spaces in front of the house and the host can give you a parking voucher for a deposit which means you can park there and is also valid for town parking during busy periods. The river at the back of the house is amazing and opening up some of the windows you can hear the sound of the river gurgling by. The kitchen while small is well aportioned and serviced with oven, hob, and Microwave, drip coffeee machine (there was coffee and filters there for our stay), and kettle and lots of plates, pans and cutlery. The fridge was on the small side, with a top drawer freezer, but fine for stocking us for a few days. The whole apartment was immaculately clean. One of my favourite short term rental experiences in a long time.

Super Gastgeberin, nett, kurz und knapp alles erklärt. Wohnung ist super sauber, Terrasse mega. Wir lieben einfach das kühlere Wetter, Aufenthalt war perfekt. Hinten plätschert die Murg, vorne fahren die Autos vorbei. Da das Haus frei steht, hört man eben alles sehr laut. Wir hatten damit kein Problem, waren sehr zufrieden!

House was absolutely cozy and well organized. Cleanliness, Host availability and flexible check in was exceptional.

Bedroom and living room was big, but as i said there was no protection for any kind of child. It wasn't child friendly at all. Even thought we came with a baby and told them, room didn't even had enough seats for a family.

. First of all apartment doesn't have a terrace . Terrace is used by owner not for guests. It is advertised as a apartment with Sauna, actually Sauna is at basement and for such a small sauna owner is asking 18 euro per day which is ridiculous. It is not family friendly as there is not even a chair for a baby, and for 3 we only had 2 chairs. All electric sockets are open its dangerous for a kid. The apartment don’t have a private door it is glass and owner can see inside anytime they want also uploaded the picture of it. The moment we entered they asked another 18 euro said we have to pay tax. At kitchen there is not enough material, one big pan and 1 tiny pan we cant even cook 2 dishes at the same time. And going to top floor with a baby and bags is incredibly difficult. Private parking is juts putting your car on the street. Yes there is a river behind the house, only way to see it is if you look from small window at the stairs it is not as shown in the pictures. We certainly does not recommend this apartment.

It had all necessary facilities with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. There was also a car parking space outside. The bed was comfortable as well. It was very good value.

It was on a fairly busy road, so it could be a bit noisy with the traffic. Oddly it was difficult to get cold water from the taps for some unknown reason. It was about a mile from the town centre. A tea pot would have been appreciated.
