Travemünde Kleine Perle

Für mich ist die Lage sehr wichtig. Ich bin Herzkrank und kann nicht so weit laufen. Die kleine Perle war daher perfekt für mich. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.Gerne buche ich erneut.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett/Matratze waren neu und ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet gelegen. Im Bad und an der Balkontür sind Fliegengitter angebracht, sodass auch Mücken kein Problem sind.

Etwas wenig Geschirr vorhanden (zwei große, zwei kleine Teller, drei Tassen, zwei Müslischalen, zwei große Gläser). Das Besteck war ebenso minimiert. Da man aber eh aus Platzmangel auf der Pantry Küche jeden Tag abwaschen musste und ich nicht gekocht habe, war es okay. Der Fernseher funktioniert über WLAN (Waipu.TV). Leider war das Internet nicht aktiviert. Habe den Vermieter jedoch deswegen nicht kontaktiert, da ich auch drauf verzichten konnte.

The apartment was cute and everything looked lovely, comfortable and inviting. There is a nice balcony overlooking the garden to sit and enjoy a drink and relax. Nice spacious bathroom. Value-for-money for the comfort of a short stay. The owner is very friendly and we had pleasant conversations everyday. One can certainly feel the warmth and hospitality.

The location is not too far from the train station but do expect to walk a bit up the slope to get to the place. The signboard is not obvious from the road. Could only locate the keybox on the right upon passing through the gate itself and approaching the front door. Tip: Do liaise with the owner about returning the key as there were no specific instructions given on where to place the key to return during check-out. Basic pantry-kitchen with a stove but no pans/pots available for cooking, though a microwave is available in the room. Sufficient for managing with small takeaway meals.

It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and big enough for two people. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was also exceptionally nice.

The mattresses need replacing. If you want to hug in the middle you have to rob up a hill and then be careful to not roll back down into your valley. Also the black out curtains only cover about 3/4 of the window, so you still have to wear a mask. If you don’t have one you‘ll just get woke up really early.

The owner lives on ground floor. She Getta was very helpful
